1. Shipping Destinations
We proudly ship to all states within the United States (US) only.
- We currently do not ship to:
- International addresses
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO (military) addresses
- U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
2. Shipping Costs
- Flat Rate Shipping: A flat rate of $4.99 applies to all orders within the contiguous United States.
- Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders totaling $120.00 or more (after any discounts and before taxes).
3. Order Processing Time
Our team works diligently to process your order promptly. Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment from our facility.
- Normal Products (non-customized/non-personalized): Please allow 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday) for your order to be processed and shipped.
- Customized/Personalized Products: Due to the bespoke nature of these items, please allow 5-10 business days (Monday – Friday) for processing before shipment.
Order Cut-off Time:
Orders placed after 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (GMT-08:00) will begin processing on the next business day.
4. Estimated Shipping Time (Transit Time)
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is:
- Standard US Shipping: 7-15 business days (Monday – Friday).
Please note that these are estimated transit times. While we strive to deliver within these windows, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier’s website.
7. Multiple Shipments
To ensure the quickest delivery of all items, especially if your order contains both normal and customized products, your order may be split into multiple shipments. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
8. Important Notes
- Business Days: Please remember that “business days” refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Address Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Lost or Delayed Packages: While rare, if your tracking shows your package is lost or severely delayed, please contact our support team at payment.stunmart@gmail.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
