- Locations: We currently only sell and ship to addresses within the United States.
- Military Addresses: Please note that we do not ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
2. Shipping Cost
- Free Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders across our entire store. No minimum purchase is required.
3. Delivery Timeline
To ensure quality, our orders go through a specific processing and transit phase.
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time.
- Processing Time: 7 – 15 business days (Monday – Friday). This includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.
- Shipping (Transit) Time: 7 – 12 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery: Most customers receive their orders within 3 – 4 weeks.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. Please allow 48–72 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
5. Order Cancellations & Modifications
We understand that sometimes plans change.
- You have 24 hours after the time of purchase to request a cancellation or a modification (such as a change in size or shipping address).
- After the 24-hour window, your order is moved into our production and processing queue and cannot be changed or canceled.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
