1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be new, unworn, and unwashed.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Shipping & Fees
- Customer Responsibility: For standard returns (e.g., if you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If the product is defective or damaged due to our fault, KitchenAirs will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us at payment.stunmart@gmail.com with photos of the damage immediately upon receipt.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order on our website.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal).
- Timeline: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Order Cancellations & Modifications
You have 24 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation or modification. Once this 24-hour window has passed, the order has entered our processing phase and can no longer be changed.
