Return Window<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have <strong>30 days<\/strong> from the date your item was delivered to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Return Conditions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The item must be <strong>new<\/strong>, unworn, and unwashed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The item must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Return Shipping &amp; Fees<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Customer Responsibility:<\/strong> For standard returns (e.g., if you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Defective or Damaged Items:<\/strong> If the product is defective or damaged due to our fault, <strong>KitchenAirs<\/strong> will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us at <strong>payment.stunmart@gmail.com<\/strong> with photos of the damage immediately upon receipt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Exchanges<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do <strong>not<\/strong> offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order on our website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Refund Process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
