love it
Super powerful super great!
Quick pulse for 3 Mini Cucs cut it in halves w a handful of parsley. I handcut the delicate heirloom tomatoes. It was really good, lil loud, but I'm Very Happy how well it's feet stick to countertop, but 2 hands and a fingernail to pop the suction feet off and 1 hand to hold the base from suctioning back to counter... Need a lil ninja maneuvering to get it picked up, stand up and hold the unit close to body to move it to clean up. The lid was AMAZING to remove. Perfect design on release handle, I love it. That blade is Killer Sharp! Whatever cuc piece too large, literally you could slice it through yourself... Maybe the worst is all the tiny shredded slivers, but it's still salad toppings! I can't wait to make a killer salsa.
One of the standout features is its versatility, offering four functions for smoothies, food processing, dough mixing, and preparing drinks. This makes it a multifunctional tool suitable for everyday use in the kitchen. Whether you're blending smoothies, chopping vegetables, kneading dough, or mixing drinks, the Ninja BL770 handles each task with ease, delivering consistent results every time.
The blender pitcher is generously sized at 72 ounces, allowing you to prepare large batches of smoothies or soups for the whole family. The processor bowl, with a capacity of 64 ounces, is perfect for chopping, slicing, and shredding ingredients for recipes like salads, salsas, and dips. The included to-go cups are convenient for making single-servings of smoothies or protein shakes, ideal for busy mornings or post-workout refreshments.
The build quality of the Ninja BL770 is impressive, with durable materials that feel sturdy and long-lasting. The blades are sharp and efficient, capable of pulverizing even the toughest ingredients with ease. Additionally, the suction cups on the base provide stability during operation, preventing any unwanted movement or wobbling.
In terms of performance, the blender's powerful motor effortlessly blends ingredients to a smooth consistency in seconds, whether it's ice, frozen fruits, or leafy greens. The food processor attachment excels at chopping vegetables and kneading dough, saving time and effort in meal preparation. The multiple speed settings and pulse function offer precise control over the texture and consistency of your creations.
Cleanup is a breeze thanks to the dishwasher-safe components, making maintenance hassle-free. The sleek design and compact footprint also make storage convenient, taking up minimal space on your countertop or in your kitchen cabinet.
Overall, the Ninja BL770 Mega Kitchen System delivers exceptional performance, versatility, and convenience, making it a worthy investment for anyone looking to elevate their culinary skills and streamline their kitchen workflow. Whether you're a smoothie enthusiast, a home cook, or a busy professional, this all-in-one kitchen appliance has you covered.
After about 8 months of use, my verdict is that I really do love it! Here is why but also a few downsides:
Why I love it: Again, my #1 reason for liking this product is its versatility as two products in one, but on top of that, the product's safety features are good. The moment you open the lid to the machine during use, it will turn off, thus making it very hard for some one to hurt themeselves. The only downside to this is that you cannot necessarily add ingredients to the blender/FP while it is blending/food processing, you have to turn it off first. This has not necessarily been a downside for me because the dishes I have been making using this product do not require me to add during the blending process.
I also enjoy the two smoothie cups with lids that this product comes with. It makes making a smoothie in the morning easy without the need to dirty up many dishes (because you can blend the smoothie in the cup and do not have to separately wash the blender and your smoothie glass).
Some downsides: I do feel like this product could be easier to clean. While the blades to all attachments do come out so that they can be cleaned separately, I have cut myself a few times trying to clean the blades because they are positioned in such an odd shape. I do not know how this could be fixed, however, this is very common for many blenders.
As far as the blend-ability power and food processing strength: This is NOT going to be the most high-powered blender or industrial grade food processor/product that you have ever used. From my understanding, the goal of this product is to provide versatility/simplicity to customers who are wanting to have a blender and a food processor, but not necessarily two separate machines because they know it is not something that they will be using every day of the week, and they do not want to take up that much space in their kitchen. For that reason, I will be giving this product 5/5, because I believe that is what the intended use of this product was, and it is the reason why, if I had to go back in time, I would still purchase this product.
The blend-ability is not bad. I use the blender attachment primarily for smoothies (I mostly use the smaller single serve cups for this but sometimes my husband and I use the big blender attachment when we both will be having one). I have also made plenty of tomato/pasta sauces with the blender, and some homemade make-shift icecream and acai bowls. I will say that when using the blender when adding spinach/kale to my smoothie, sometimes it does take a bit for the blades to thoroughly blend in the leaves and not leave huge chunks of kale/spinach in my smoothie.
The food processor attachment I have used for making hummus every couple of weeks. I think it does a great job, but sometimes it takes a while for the machine to process the little bits of whole cumin and red pepper flakes I put in. I have also used the processor for crushing oreos/toasted bread for bread crumbs and it worked well.
Overall, if you are not going to need to be using a blender/FP EVERY day (maybe with the exception of smoothies) and are just looking for simplicity and to have a blender or food processor readily available to you when you need it (that does not take up as much space as two separate machines), I think this would be a great product for you. However, it is not going to be the most high-powered product you have ever used. If you are looking for something more industrial, this is NOT the product for you.
