Order Cancellation & Modification Policy

At KitchenAirs, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Because our jerseys are often prepared or customized specifically for you, we have a limited window for changes.

1. The 24-Hour Window

You have 24 hours from the time you place your order to request a cancellation or a modification.

• Cancellations: If you change your mind within 24 hours, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund immediately.
• Modifications: This includes changes to the size, color, player name/number, or your shipping address.

2. After 24 Hours

Once the 24-hour window has passed, your order is automatically sent to our production and fulfillment department.

• No Changes: At this stage, we can no longer modify the order details.
• No Cancellations: Because the item is already being processed or prepared for shipment, it cannot be canceled.
